Fluffy, mildly fermented bread with flour from Adlermühle.
Handcrafted by Tashi and Nee from the Culinary Club Team.
Ideally with good butter and a pinch of coarse sea salt.
Filtered water 41%, * wheat flour 33%, * whole barley flour 9%, natural sourdough 9%, * whole wheat spelt flour 3%, * whole wheat rye flour 1%, * sea salt were used for this product.
